In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and
Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No.94,
Housing and Urban Development, [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in
G.O. (2ப) No. 458, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (1)] Department dated 5.12.2024. The following variations
are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in
the G.O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06.02.1995 and published in the
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 260-261, dated 22-02-1995.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Kodikulam Bit 2 Village of Madurai East Taluk,
Madurai District under the heading VI. Agricultural use zone to I. Residential use zone the following entries should
be made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Kodikulam Bit 2 Village, S.No. 223, 230/1, 230/2, 230/3 & 235/2 shall
be deleted.
Against the entry I Residential use zone Kodikulam Bit 2 Village, S.No. 223, 230/1, 230/2, 230/3 & 235/2 shall

of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 17th July 2013.
Variation
In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram
Local Planning Area under heading in 44. Sathankuppam Village (Hamlet of Pudupakkam) Page No. 109 the following
entries should be made.
1. Sathankuppam Village (Hamlet of Pudupakkam), against the entry 1, Residential use Zone the following

(i) Against the entry survey Nos. 1 to 8, the expression Survey Nos. 1 to 6, 7pt (Excluding 7/1, and 7/2 (Ward-B,
Block-14, T.S.Nos. 6/1 and 6/2), 8 shall be substituted.
(ii) Under the head ANNEXURE-B-II sub head 1(b) mixed residential use zone serial No.3, MR-3, V.No.141,

Under the heading “Residential land use’’ the expression S.F. Nos. 179/2C1B, 179/2C2, 179/2B and shall be
added before the S.F.No. 197.
Under the heading “Agricultural land use’’ the expression SF.Nos. 167 to 196 shall be deleted and the expression

Variation
In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land Use in various survey
numbers of Thiruvarur Local Planning Area under heading in Village number 103. Perumpugalur Page No. 110
in S.F.No. 20, 21 the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry of Agricultural use zone (AG 24), instead of the expression "S.F.No.18 to 21, the following
expression 20pt, 21pt (except 20/6, 20/7, and 21/5) shall be substituted.
Against the entry of Residential use zone, the expression "S.F.No.20/6, 20/7 and 21/5 shall be added before

Conditions
1. A 6m (minimum width) Perumpukalur Division drain is located in the middle of the proposed
plot in Plot No. 20/1. Also in the south there is a Pattakanni between the site and the access road.
A clearance certificate has been given by the Executive Engineer of Thiruvarur Water Resources Department,
Vennar Watershed Division dated 07.02.2024 for constructing a small bridge across them. The conditions
mentioned in it must be followed without fail. Necessary procedures should be followed for the development
works carried out along the water bodies.
2. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCD&BR - 2019.

In accordance with Rule 3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Rules, 1953 in regard to Election to the
Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Under Section 19(a) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 notice is hereby given that an
election of 6 Members of the Council to be elected from amongst themselves by registered Pharmacists viz., the
Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Registered Pharmacists of this State whose names appear in the Electoral Roll of
Pharmacists viz., the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Register of 2024, with a lists of pharmacists registered subsequently
three months before the ordinary Election to the Council published.
Nomination papers in form ‘B’ Under the Tamil Nadu Pharmacy Council Rules, 1953 will be supplied by the
Returning Officer to any elector who may apply for the same. These must be filled in accordance with the
instructions thereon and returned to the Returning Officer not later than 5.45.P.M. on Monday the 3rd March, 2025.
The scrutiny of the nomination papers will take place at 12.00 Noon on Tuesday, the 4th March, 2025 at the office of the
Returning Officer. A list of valid nominations will be published in the Fort St. George Gazette on Wednesday,
the 19th March, 2025. Voting papers and other forms connected there with will be sent by post by the Returning Officer
on or before 13th June, 2025 to all electors with instructions printed therein and the voting papers are returnable to
the Returning Officer not later than 5.45 p.m. on Monday, the 30th June, 2025 at the office of the Returning Officer.
The scrutiny and counting of votes will take place in the office of the Returning Officer from Tuesday, the 1st July 2025
at 10.00 A.M. and 2nd July, 2025, if necessary.

Nominations of eligible persons to fill the vacancy are invited.
Each candidate must be nominated by a separate nomination paper, but any person entitled to vote at the election
may sign the nomination paper of any number of candidates not exceeding the number to be elected and for which he is
entitled to vote.
Every nomination paper must be in Form ‘B’ giving all the details required therein.
The nomination paper must reach the undersigned not later than 5.45 P.M. on 3rd March 2025 from whom forms of
nomination and nomination papers may be obtained on application.
Nomination papers in respect of which the provisions of Part-I of the rules have not been complied with, or which are
not received by the Returning Officer by the aforesaid date and time will be invalid.

No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of processes will be
received by the Courts during the vacation.
No arrest warrants will be issued during the vacation will be executed.
Urgent applications for bail during the Sessions Judge from the Division during the Recess should be made to the
High Court of Judicature, Madras.
In case of vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for the Ranipet District under section 30 of the
Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act (Central Act III of 1873) as amended by Section 4 of the Madras Act No.XVII of 1959 suits and
appeals and other proceedings will be received and disposed of by the Officer in terms of section 30 and the Rules framed
in this behalf.6
