"Change in the Appointment of Official Liquidator in respect of the following Industrial Co-operative Society under
the control of Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives"
Under the circumstances explained and requested by the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Erode, in
his letter dated 06.03.2025 and under Section 138 (1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the Assistant
Director of Industries and Commerce(Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Tiruppur is hereby appointed
as the Official Liquidator of the Mutharaiyar (Seermarabinar) Banian Workers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd (Under
Liquidation) to realise all its assets and discharge all its liabilities. The Official Liquidator should bring the society to
final closure by initiating action under Section 138 (2) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983."

Naduvakurichi Village in Sattankulam Taluk inThoothukudi District for a public purpose, namely Tamirabarani, Karumeniyar

Now, therefore a declaration is made hereby that a piece of land measuring 1.92.00 hectares is under acquisition
for the above said project in the Naduvakurichi Village in Sattankulam Taluk in Thoothukudi District whose detailed

This declaration is made after hearing of objections of persons interested and due enquiry as provided under
section 15 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement
Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013). The number of families likely to be resettled due to land acquisition in Nil.
In Thoothukudi District, Sattankulam Taluk, Naduvakurichi village 1.92.00 Hectares of Lands Acquired in Block
11A, Mines of coal, iron-stone, slate or other minerals lying under the said land or any particular portion of the said
land, except such parts of the mines and minerals which may be required to be dug or removed or used during the
construction phase of the project for the purpose of which the land is being acquired, are not needed.
A plan of the land may be inspected in the office of the Land Aquisition Officer and Special Tahsildar (LA)
Kanndian channel flood carrier canal scheme, Sattankulam and O/o Executive Engineer, WRD Nambiyar Reservoir
Project Division, Valliyoor on any working day.

Modified Notification Regarding the Arrangements Made by the Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai for
Attending Urgent Criminal Matters During Summer Vacation, 2025.

(1) Consequent to the Hon'ble High Court's Notification No.84/2025 in Roc.No.18/2025-Con.B2, 1558/2024/RDJ-B2
and 2723/2025-B2, dated 28.04.2025, relating to the transfer and postings of the Judicial officers, the following modified
Criminal sitting arrangements for Summer Vacation, 2025 is made to attend the urgent Criminal matters during Summer
Vacation, 2025 for the period form 01.05.2025 to 01.06.2025 (Both days inclusive).May 28, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 247
(2) Thiru. R. Shanmuga Sundaram, I Additional Judge (TADA), City Civil Court, Chennai, will be incharge
of Criminal Work during Summer Vacation for the second half i.e, from 17.05.2025 to 01.06.2025 and the Vacation
Judge will sit in the I Additional City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on Wednesdays i.e., 21.05.2025 and 28.05.2025
to dispose of only urgent Criminal matters.
(3) The Vacation Sessions Judge will also be incharge of Remand Work, Remand extension Works and all
other Criminal Works during Summer Vacation, 2025 for all Vacation Courts i.e., Principal Judge's Court and Additional
City Civil Courts, Chennai.
(4) The cases which require remand extension during Vacation shall be placed before the Vacation Judge concerned
for the purpose of Remand extension either on Tuesday or Wednesday. The Additional City Civil Courts, may, assign
the date for remand extension cases accordingly.
(5) The Chief Administrative Officer, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work
during Summer Vacation, 2025. In the absence of the Chief Administrative Officer, Tmt. V.G. Shanthi, Sherishtadar,
City Civil Court, Chennai will act as Vacation Officer and in her absence Thiru. P.J. Amul Raj, Sherishtadar, City Civil
Court, Chennai will act as Vacation Officer.
PROCEDURE FOR THE RECEIPT AND DISPOSAL OF URGENT CRIMINAL MATTERS
DURING SUMMER VACATION, 2025.
(6) All urgent applications shall be received upto 2.00 pm and the matters will be taken up as detailed below by
the Vacation Sessions Judge at 10.30 am in the I Additional City Civil Court Hall, Chennai on the following days:-
3rd week Filing will be on 20.05.2025 (Tuesday), sitting will be on 21.05.2025 (Wednesday).
4th week Filing will be on 27.05.2025 (Tuesday), sitting will be on 28.05.2025 (Wednesday)
7) In all urgent Applications for Bail & Anticipatory Bail, Notice shall be given to the City Public Prosecutor before
filing the papers in Court.

relating to the transfer and postings of the Judicial officers, the following modified Civil sitting arrangements for Summer
Vacation, 2025 is made to attend the urgent Civil matters during Summer Vacation, 2025 for the period from 01.05.2025 to
01.06.2025 (Both days inclusive).
(2) Tmt. P. Sudha, XIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of Vacation Judge during Summer
Vacation for the first half i.e., from 01.05.2025 to 16.05.2025 and the Vacation Judge will sit in X Assistant City Civil
Court Hall, Chennai on Thursdays i.e., 08.05.2025 and 15.05.2025 to dispose of only urgent Civil matters.
(3) Thiru. C. Suresh Kumar, XII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai will be incharge of during Summer
Vacation for the second half i.e., from 17.05.2025 to 01.06.2025 and the Vacation Judge will sit in XI Assistant City Civil
Court Hall, Chennai on Thursdays i.e., 22.05.2025 and 29.05.2025 to dispose of only urgent Civil matters.
(4) The Chief Administrative Officer, City Civil and Sessions Court, Chennai will look after the administrative work
during Summer Vacation, 2025. In the absence of the Chief Administrative Officer, Tmt. V.G. Shanthi, Sherishtadar, City
Civil Court, Chennai will act as Vacation Officer and in her absence Thiru.P.J. Amul Raj, Sherishtadar, City Civil Court.

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country
Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of Powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94, Housing
and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government
Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in
G.O. (2D) No.132, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated :17.04.2025 subject to the conditions
the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said
act and published in the G.O. Ms. No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification
No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.09.11.1994.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of
COIMBATORE Local Planning Area, under heading in Vedapatti Village, Vedapatti DD Plan No. 1. Page No. 262 the
S.F. Nos. 188/1 the following entries should be made.May 28, 2025] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 249
Under the heading “Residential Land use” the expression S.F. No. 188/1 shall be added as the after the S.F.No. 125.
Under the heading “Agricultural” use zone" the expression S.F. Nos. 178 to 188 shall be deleted and the expression
S.F. No. 178 to 187, S.F. No. 188pt (Except SF No. 188/1) to shall be substituted.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, Under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
COIMBATORE Local Planning Area. Under heading in Kuniyamuthur Village, Kuniyamuthur DD plan No.7, Page
No.290 the S.F Nos.630/1B2A, 630/1B2B,630/2B1, 630/2B2 the following entries should be made.
Under the heading “Commercial Land Use” the expression S.F Nos.630/1B2A, 630/1B2B, 630/2B1 and 630/2B2
shall be added as the first entry.
Under the heading “Agricultural Use Zone” the expression S.F Nos:629 to 640 shall be deleted and the expression

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby published the approval of the Government
under section 28 of the said Act for the New Town Development Plan for the Navalpattu New Town Development Area
In exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms. No. 180, Housing and Urban Development Department dated
19.07.2006 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2, Page No. 300 & 301
dated 06.09.2006 the following variations are made to the Navalpattu New Town Development Area for the Navalpattu
New Town Developnent Plan approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development
Department notification No. II(2)/HOU/463/2006 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
Draft Variations
In the said Navalpattu New Town Development Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE under the heading No. 65,
Valavanthankottai Comprising S.F.No. 1 to 448.
(i) Against the entry Residential (PR) the following expression S.F.No. 182/1A shall be added after the
` entry 171.
(ii) Against the entry Agricultural (AG) the expression S.F.No. 182pt shall be deleted and the
expression S.F.No. 182pt (except 182/1A) shall be substituted.
