18) की िारा 7 के प्राििानों के अनुसरण म ें परमाणु ऊर्ाा विभाग में केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा वनम्नवलवखत को अविसूवचत करती
ह,ै नामत:—
1. (1) उपयक्त तुा तावलका में विवनर्दष्टा योर्नाओं के तहत लाभ लेने के वलए इछुछुक व्यवक्त तयों (पात्र लाभाथी या सर्िास
एनेबलस)ा के वलए आिार रखना या आिार प्रमाणीकरण करान े का प्रमाण प्रस्ततु करना एतद्द्वारा अपेवक्षत ह।ै
(2) उपयुाक्त त तावलका म ें विवनर्दष्टा योर्नाओं के तहत लाभ लेन े के वलए इछुछुक व्यवक्त त र्ो अभी तक आिार के वलए
पंर्ीकृत नहीं हुआ ह,ै उसे आिार के वलए आिेदन करना होगा बशत े िह उपयुाक्त त अविवनयम की िारा 3 के
प्राििानों के अनुसार आिार लने े के वलए पात्र हो तथा ऐसा व्यवक्त त आिार के वलए पंर्ीकृत होने के वलए आिार
नामांकन के ककसी केंद्र (www.uidai.gov.in पर सूची उपलब्ि) में र्ा सकत े ह।ैं
बशते कक उस व्यवक्त त को आिार वमलने तक उपयक्त तुा योर्नाओं के तहत लाभ वनम्नवलवखत दस्तािेर्ों को प्रस्तुत करन े
पर कदए र्ाएंगे। य ेदस्तािेर् वनम्नवलवखत ह ैं:
(क) (i) आिार पंर्ीयन आईडी पची यकद िह पंर्ीकृत हुआ/हुई ह;ै अथिा
(ii) पैराग्राफ 1 के उप-पैराग्राफ (2) में विवनर्दष्टा अनुसार आिार पर्ं ीयन के वलए ककया गया अनरु ोि की एक
प्रवत तथा
(ख) (i) फोटो सवहत बैंक पासबुक; या (ii) मतदाता पहचान-पत्र या (iii) पैन काड;ा या (iv) पासपोटा या (v)
ड्राईविंग लाइसेंस; या (vi) राशन काड;ा या सरकार द्वारा र्ारी फोटो पहचान पत्र
बशते, आग े उपयक्त तुा दस्तािेर्ों की र्ांच पऊवि की संबंवित एर्ेंसी के अविकारी द्वारा अपनी संबंवित योर्नाओं के
वलए की र्ाएगी।
2.(1) लाभों को सुवििार्नक रूप स े तथा वबना र्ल्दीबार्ी प्रदान करने के वलए पऊवि की संबंवित एर्ेवसयां सभी
व्यिस्थाएं करेंगी तथा उपयुाक्त त योर्नाओं के तहत लाभों को प्राप्त करने के वलए सर्िास एनेबलसा या लाभार्थायों
को आिार की र्रूरत के बारे में र्ागरूक करने हते ु नोरटस के माध्यम से व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार करेंगी तथा यकद
िे पंर्ीकृत नहीं ह ैंतो उन्ह ेंसमीप के पंर्ीयन केंद्रों म ेंपंर्ीकृत करिाने हते ु सलाह दगें ी।
3. यह अविसूचना र्म्म ूतथा कश्मीर राज्य को छोड़कर सभी राज्यों में इसके प्रकाशन की वतवथ से प्रभािी होगी।

S.O. 2540(E).—Whereas the use of Aadhaar as identity document for delivery of services or benefits or
subsidies simplifies the Government delivery processes, brings in transparency and efficiency, and enables beneficiaries
to get their entitlement directly in a convenient and seamless manner and Aadhaar obviates the need for producing
multiple documents to prove one’s identity;II (ii) 3
And whereas the services, benefits and subsidies specified in the Table below involve expenditure incurred /
funded from the Consolidated Fund of India:

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other
Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government in the Department of Atomic Energy, hereby notified the following, namely:—
1. (1) Individuals (eligible beneficiaries or service enablers) desirous of availing benefits under the schemes
specified in the Table above are hereby required to furnish proof of possession of Aadhaar or undergo
Aadhaar authentication.
(2) An individual desirous of availing benefits under the schemes specified in the above Table and is not
yet enrolled for Aadhaar shall have to apply for Aadhaar in case he / she is entitled to obtain Aadhaar
as per the provisions of section 3 of said Act and such individual may visit any Aadhaar enrolment
center (list available at www.uidai.gov.in) to get enrolled for Aadhaar:—
Provided that till the time Aadhaar is assigned to the individual, benefits under the said schemes shall be given
to the individual, subject to the production of the following documents, namely:-
(a) (i) Aadhaar enrolment ID slip if he or she has enrolled; or
(ii) a copy of request made for Aadhaar enrolment as specified in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph
1; and
(b) (i) Bank Passbook along with Photo; or (ii) Voter’s ID card; or (iii) PAN card; or (iv) Passport;
or (v) Driving License; or (vi) Ration card; or (vii) Photo ID card issued by the Government:
Provided further that the above said documents shall be checked by an officer of the concerned agency of the
DAE, for their respective schemes.
2. (1) In order to provide convenient and hassle free delivery of benefits, the concerned agencies of the DAE
shall make all the arrangements including wide publicity through notices shall be given to service
enablers or beneficiaries to make them aware of the requirement of Aadhaar to receive the benefits
under the said schemes and in case they are not enrolled, they may be advised to get themselves
enrolled at the nearest enrolment centers.
3. This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in all the States except the State of
Jammu and Kashmir.
