S.O. 1583(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 12 and sub-
rule (1) of rule 24 of the Central Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1965, the President
hereby directs to make the following order to amend the Order of the Government of India, Department of
Atomic Energy, dated the 16th May, 2013 published in the Gazette of India: Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1317(E), dated the 22nd May, 2013, namely:—
