Coordinated by the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) in collaboration with the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), the programme reflected a Whole-of-Government approach, bringing together 14 Scientific Ministries and Departments to celebrate India’s scientific excellence and technological advancements. The event was graced by the Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology, Dr. Jitendra Singh, who inaugurated the national technology exhibition and interacted with innovators and exhibitors. Prof. Ajay Kumar Sood, Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India and Dr Rajiv Behl, Secretary, Department of Health Research and DG ICMR, was also present on the occasion. As part of its showcase, ICMR exhibited six high-impact indigenous technologies spanning the Biopharma, Health, and Bioindustrial & Green Chemicals sectors.
