The programme aims to sensitise officer trainees to key areas such as the Companies Act, Competition Law, Corporate Finance, and Insolvency Law, aligning the curriculum with their professional roles and responsibilities. The initiative is aimed at providing participants with practical exposure to the governance of corporate affairs while enhancing their regulatory and policy perspectives.
