Ministry of Tribal Affairs Implementation of DAJGUA प्रव तथ: 30 JUL 2026 1:44PM by PIB Delhi Replying to a question in Lok Sabha today the Union Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Shri Durgadas Uikey informed that the number of tribal beneficiaries eligible to receive benefits under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA) across various States and Union Territories is at Annexure I.
Under Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), the Ministry of Tribal Affairs have regular Inter – Ministerial and coordination meetings with line ministries under DAJGUA, to ensure effective implementation of the scheme. Further, regular review meetings are also held with respective States/ Districts Authority. Provision of PMU has also been made for effective monitoring and implementation of the scheme. Furthermore, through the initiatives Adi KarmaYogi Abhiyan, the Ministry has been actively encouraging community engagement and involvement also. The Monitoring and Evaluation Framework under the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan also provides for a technology-enabled monitoring system through the PM GatiShakti Portal to track progress in real time.
