NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th March, 2025
S.O. 1384(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Employees’ State
Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2025, as the date on
which the following provisions of the said Act, shall come into force in all areas of the district of Ambedkar Nagar,
Auraiya, Bahraich, Gonda, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Kannauj, Maharajganj, Mahoba, Pilibhit, Siddharthnagar, Shamli,
Pratapgarh, Kasganj and Shravasti in the State of Uttar Pradesh, namely:—
(i) sections 38 to 43;
(ii) sections 45A to 45H;
(iii) sections 46 to 73;
(iv) sections 74 and 75;
(v) sub-section (2) to (4) of section 76; and
(vi) sections 82 and 83.
