This is in continuation to the notice of even file no. dated 29.01.2019, 11.06.2019, 14.06.2019 and 25.06.2019, wherein all beneficiaries i.e Stakeholders / Importers / Exporters, Customs House Brokers transacting with Customs were requested to get registered on ICEGATE and to furnish details of IEC /GSTN code along with the email id registered with ICEGATE to this office for implementation of ee SANCHIT In view of above, it is observed that most of the beneficiaries i.e Stakeholders / Importers / Exporters, Customs House Brokers transacting with Customs are not registered with ICEGATE till date. Therefore, all beneficiaries i.e Stakeholders / Importers / Exporters, Customs House Brokers transacting with Customs are once again requested to get registered immediately on ICEGATE and to furnish details of IEC /GSTN code along with the email id registered with ICEGATE as well as contact details of the concerned persons to this Directorate at email import.regist@cdsco.nic.in so that the information can be further shared with other offices of CDSCO for seamless implementation of e-SANCHIT. It may be noted that in case the beneficiaries do not register and not provide IEC/GSTN code to this Directorate, it can affect issuance of LPCOs by this Directorate or any other offices of CDSCO.
