New Delhi, the 21st March, 2017
S.O. 972(E).—In continuation with the Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification
dated 10th October, 2016 read with Notification dated 3rd February, 2017, the Central Government hereby
extends the additional charge arrangements made for the posts of Chairman and Members in Airports
Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal (AERAAT) to the following officers of National
Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) as per the following details :—
(i) Shri Justice D. K. Jain, President, NCDRC as Chairperson, AERAAT for the period from
07.03.2017 till 24.01.2018;
(ii) Shri Justice V. K. Jain, Member, NCDRC as Member, AERAAT for the period from 07.03.2017
till 14.05.2017;
(iii) Shri Anup K. Thakur, Member, NCDRC as Member, AERAAT for a period of one year w.e.f.
07.03.2017.
