New Delhi, the 8th June, 2017
S.O. 1848(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Clause(d) of Section 4, read with Sub-section (3) of Section
6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act,1956 (25 of 1956), the Central Government hereby nominates
Shri Kewal Kumar Sharma, Secretary, Department of Higher Education representing Ministry of Human Resource
Development, New Delhi to be a member of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in place of Shri Vinay
Sheel Oberoi and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, number V-16011/1/2015-ME-I dated the 16th July, 2015, published in the Gazette
of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 1924 (E) dated 16th July, 2015:-
In the said notification, for serial number 2 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry
should be substituted, namely:-
“2. Shri Kewal Kumar Sharma,
Secretary,
Department of Higher Education,
Ministry of Human Resource Development,
New Delhi.’’
