(i) These regulations may be called “The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) (Amendment), Regulations 2019.”. (ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In “The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any Course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000.”, the following shall be added after first para of clause 2 in Part I & Part II of the Regulations :- “Provided that while the Board of Governors in super-session of Medical Council of India are in office the applications shall be submitted to the Secretary General, Board of Governors in Super- Session of Medical Council of India from Pocket 14, Sector – 8, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110077 and shall be processed in accordance with time schedule annexed to these regulations.” 3. In the Schedule and Note in “The Opening of a New or Higher Course of Study or Training (including Post-graduate Course of Study or Training) and Increase of Admission Capacity in any course of Study or Training (including a Postgraduate Course of Study or Training) Regulations, 2000.” after Appendix-II, the following shall be added after existing schedule.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] TIME SCHEDULE FOR RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATIONS FOR OPENING OF POST GRADUATE (BROAD SPECIALITY) COURSES/INCREASE OF ADMISSION CAPACITY (BROAD SPECIALITY) AND PROCESSING OF THE APPLICATIONS BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS IN SUPER-SESSION OF THE MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA S.
