कोई खंड नहीं ह।ै 1.4.136 थडव पार्टी: भिन नक्िा तयै ार करन े और अनमु ोिन प्रदक्रया म ें िाजमल व्यजियों के अलािा दकसी अन्द्य पिे िे र (िास्ट्तकु ार/अजभयतं ा/पयिव क्षे क), को प्राजधकरण/स्ट्थानीय जनकाय व्यजियों के अलािा) द्वारा की िान े िाली िाचाँ हते ुप्रभारों का भुगतान आििे क द्वारा प्राजधकरण/स्ट्थानीय जनकायों द्वारा जनधारव रत िरों के अनसु ार दकया िाएगा। 3. ऐसा कोई खंड नहीं ह।ै 2.3.3 (ङ) अनािश्यक अस्ट्िीकृजतयों स े बचन े के उद्देश्य से, एनओसी एिजें सयों को अनपु ालन/त्ररु र्टयों के पररिोधन हते ु दकसी मामल ेको 05 दिनों के अिं र िापस करन ेका एक-बारगी अिसर प्रिान दकया िाएगा। आििे क 05 दिनों के अिं र अनपु ालन पनु ः प्रस्ट्ततु करेगा। एनओसी एिजें सया ाँमलू सिं भ वप्राप्त होन ेकी जतजथ स ेकुल 15 दिनों के अिं र मामल ेपर जनणयव लगें ी। (च) यदि प्राजधकरण/स्ट्थानीय जनकाय द्वारा अनमु ोदित मानक भिन नक्िा तथा साधारण िोजखम (श्रणे ी 'क') िाले भिनों के जलए स्ट्िीकृत भिन नक्िे के अनरूु प स्ट्थल पर दकए िा रह े जनमाणव के सत्यापन हते ु सॉफ्र्टिये र म ें रैंडम आधार पर परीक्षण-िाचं के जलए फील्ड सत्यापन का प्रािधान दकया िाएगा। 2.5.3 बहुत कम िोजखम, कम िोजखम तथा साधारण िोजखम 2.5.3 बहुत कम िोजखम एिं कम िोजखम िाले भिनों के जलए प्लंथ स्ट्तर जनरीक्षण की प्रदक्रया बहुत कम िोजखम तथा (श्रणे ी 'क') िाले भिनों के जलए प्लंथ स्ट्तर जनरीक्षण की प्रदक्रया: कम िोजखम श्रेणी के भिनों के मामले में, बहुत कम िोजखम, कम िोजखम तथा साधारण िोजखम (श्रणे ी िास्ट्तुकार/अजभयंता/पयविेक्षक द्वारा प्लंथ स्ट्तर का जनरीक्षण 'क') िाल े भिनों के मामले में, िास्ट्तुकार/अजभयतं ा/पयिव क्षे क दकया िाएगा तथा िे फॉमव सी-2 में जनरीक्षण ररपोर्टव तैयार (भिन नक्िा तयै ार करन े तथा अनमु ोिन प्रदक्रया म ें सजममजलत करके उसे संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता प्राजधकरण को प्रस्ट्तुत करेंगे। व्यजियों के अजतररि) द्वारा प्लंथ स्ट्तर का जनरीक्षण दकया िाएगा तथा िे फॉमव सी-2 में जनरीक्षण प्रजतिेिन संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता प्राजधकरण को प्रस्ट्तुत करेंगे। 2.5.4 साधारण अजतररि) नोर्ट : प्राजधकरण/स्ट्थानीय जनकाय द्वारा बहुत कम, और साधारण िोजखम (श्रणे ी 'क') िाल े भिनों के संबधं म ें यह परीक्षण करन े हते ु दक स्ट्थल पर जनमाणव सस्ट्ं िीकृत भिन नक्िे के अनरूु प है या नहीं, रैंडम आधार पर परीक्षण-िाचं के जलए फील्ड सत्यापन का प्रािधान दकया िाएगा, जिसे सॉफ्र्टिये र म ें अतं र्नजव हत दकया िाएगा। 2.7.6 बहुत कम और कम िोजखम िाले भिनों के जलए 2.7.6 बहुत कम, कम और साधारण (श्रणे ी 'क') िाल े भिनों के ओसीसी हते ु जनरीक्षण की प्रदक्रया: बहुत कम और कम िोजखम जलए ओसीसी हते ु जनरीक्षण के जलए प्रदक्रयाः बहुत कम, कम और िाले भिनों के मामले में, िास्ट्तुकार/ अजभयंता/ पयविेक्षक साधारण िोजखम (श्रणे ी 'क') िाले भिनों के मामले में, िास्ट्तुकार द्वारा ओसीसी हते ु जनरीक्षण दकया िाएगा तथा जनरीक्षण / अजभयन्द्ता/ पयविेक्षक (भिन नक्िा तयै ार दकए िान े एि ं प्रजतिेिन संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता प्राजधकरण को प्रस्ट्तुत दकया अनमु ोिन म ेंसजममजलत व्यजियों के अलािा) द्वारा ओसीसी हते ु िाएगा। जनरीक्षण दकया िाएगा तथा जनरीक्षण एिं िारी करने का प्रजतिेिन संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता प्राजधकरण को प्रस्ट्तुत दकया िाएगा। 2.7.7 साधारण एिं उच्च िोजखम िाले भिनों के जलए 2.7.7 साधारण िोजखम (श्रणे ी ‘ख’) िाले भिनों के जलए ओसीसी हते ु जनरीक्षण की प्रदक्रया: ओसीसी हते ु जनरीक्षण की प्रदक्रयाः (क) सभी बाह्य एिेंजसया ं स्ट्थल/भिनों का जनरीक्षण करेंगी (क) सभी बाह्य एिेंजसयां स्ट्थल/भिनों का जनरीक्षण करेंगी तथा तथा सीओसीसीआरएफ प्राप्त होने की जतजथ से 15 दिनों की सीओसीसीआरएफ प्राप्त होने की जतजथ से 15 दिनों की अिजध के अिजध के अंिर अपना एनओसी / अस्ट्िीकृजत /आपजत्त अंिर अपनी एनओसी/ अस्ट्िीकृजत /आपजत्त संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता संस्ट्िीकृजत प्रिाता प्राजधकरण तथा स्ट्िामी/ आिेिक को प्राजधकरण तथा स्ट्िामी/ जलजखत रूप म ेंकारण ििव करत ेहुए जनष्प ादित करन ेके जलए भी सक्षम होगा। 7. 3.1.0 फास्ट्र्ट रैक अनुमोिन प्रदक्रया 3.1.0 फास्ट्र्ट रैक अनमु ोिन प्रदक्रया i. बहुत कम और कम िोजखम के रूप में िगीकृत भिनों के
