New Delhi, the 25th November, 2020
S.O. 4211(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 5 and Section 7(1) of the
Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry Act, 2008
the Central Government hereby nominates Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare, New Delhi to be a member of the Institute Body of Jawaharlal Institute of Post-
Graduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry in place of Shri Sanjay Prasad, JS (PFC-II), DoE
and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, number Z.16013/52/2018-INI.II dated the 14th May, 2019, published
in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide S.O. 1733 (E) dated 14th May, 2019:-
In the said notification, for serial number A (g) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial
number and entry should be substituted, namely:-
