NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th October, 2016
G.S.R. 997(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by section 5 of the Aircraft Act, 1934 (22 of 1934), read
with proviso to section 14 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the
Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely:---
1.(cid:32) (1) These rules may be called as the Aircraft (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.(cid:32) In the Aircraft Rules, 1937, in rule 62, in sub-rule(1), in the TABLE, under item (E), for the entry against serial
number (i), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(a) for normal examination Rs.500 per paper;
(b) for online examination Rs.2500 per paper.”.
