F. No. 11011/1/2014-ER.—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (a) of section 26 of the National
Civil Aviation Policy published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, vide notification
F. No. 11011/1/2014-ER (Vol.III), dated the 29th June, 2016, sub-clause (d) of clause 12 in the said notification shall be
substituted with the following:—
“There are restrictions on the use of land allocated for commercial use of airport. Ministry of Civil Aviation will
explore ways to unlock the potential of the same through appropriate measures”.
