S.O. 2014(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business)
Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred
and Eighth Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, in THE SECOND
SCHEDULE,—
(a) under the heading “MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION (NAGAR VIMANAN
MANTRALAYA)”, entry 4 shall be omitted;
(b) under the heading “MINISTRY OF DEFENCE (RAKSHA MANTRALAYA)”, under the
sub-heading “B. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE PRODUCTION (RAKSHA UTPADAN
VIBHAG)”, after entry 12, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
“12A. Production of aircraft and aircraft components for civil use.”.
