In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961
This document, *The Government of India Allocation of Business Three Hundred and Seventh Amendment Rules, 2014*, issued under notification S.O. 2010(E) on August 6, 2014, amends the Government of India Allocation of Business Rules, 1961. S.O. 2010(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business)
Rules, 1961, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred
and Seventh Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,—
(1) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, under the heading “15. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
(Swasthya aur Parivar Kalyan Mantralaya)”, the sub-heading “(iv) Department of AIDS
Control (AIDS Niyantran Vibhag)” shall be omitted.
(2) in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,—
(a) under the heading “MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (SWASTHYA
AUR PARIVAR KALYAN MANTRALAYA)”,—
(i) under the sub-heading “A. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILY
WELFARE (SWASTHYA AUR PARIVAR KALYAN VIBHAG)” after the
entry 1 (p), the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
“(q) National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO).”;
(ii) the sub-heading “D. DEPARTMENT OF AIDS CONTROL (AIDS
NIYANTRAN VIBHAG)” and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
