नई िदल् ली, कोलकाता और मुंबई म(cid:7286) (cid:7059)िमक पशु संगरोध तथा (cid:7079)माणन केन् (cid:7076)(cid:7298) की अिधकािरता के अधीन अटारी (पंजाब),
रक् सोल (िबहार), सुनौली भूिम सीमा शुल् क केन् (cid:7076), जोगबानी (िबहार) और कांडला म(cid:7286) िस् थत समु(cid:7076)ी पत् तन या भूिमपत् तन, जैसे
िक मामला हो, से भारत म(cid:7286) आयात करने की अनुमित दी जाएगी।‘’

संबंिधत भारत सरकार की तारीख 17 अक् तूबर, 2014 की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ 2666(अ) म(cid:7286) िविहत शत(cid:7300) के अनुसार
कोिच् च, कृष् णाप(cid:7349)नम, िवशाखाप(cid:7349)नम, और मुं(cid:7071)ा के समु(cid:7076)ी पत् तन(cid:7298) या हवाई अ(cid:7355)(cid:7298) के माध् यम से तथा अगरतला (ि(cid:7074)पुरा) के
भूिमपत् तन के माध् यम से आयात की अनुमित दी जाएगी तथा ऐसे आयात की चेन् नई, हदै राबाद, मुम् बई तथा कोलकाता के

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd March, 2017
S.O. 948(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of section 2 and section 3A of the
Live-stock Importation Act, 1898 (9 of 1898), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,
Department of Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries, dated the 16th October, 2014 published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. 2666(E), dated the 17th October,
2014, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Schedule, in paragraph (4), after the provision, the following
provisions shall be inserted, namely:-
“Provided also that Livestock Products listed at serial numbers (xv) to (xxiv) and (xxv) to (xxx), of
para 1 shall be allowed to import into India through the sea port or land port, as the case may be, located at
Atari (Punjab), Raxaul (Bihar), Sunauli Land Custom Station, Jogbani (Bihar) and Kandla under the
jurisdiction of respective Animal Quarantine and Certification Stations in New Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai:
Provided also that the Livestock Products listed at serial numbers (i) to (xxxi) shall be allowed to
import through seaport or airports of Kochi, Krishnapatnam, Vishakhapatnam, Mundra and land port of
Agartala (Tripura) as per the conditions prescribed for import of such livestock products in the notification of
Government of India, number S.O. 2666(E), dated 17th October, 2014 and such import shall be looked after
by the Regional Officer or Quarantine Officer at Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai.”
