NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2019
S.O. 2352(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 4, read with sub-section
(3) of Section 6, of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), the Central Government
hereby nominates, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Minister of Health & Family Welfare to be a Member of the All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in place of Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda and makes the following further
amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No.
V-16011/01/2015-INI-I dated 16th July, 2015 published on 16th July, 2015, namely:—
In the said notification for the serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
number and entries shall be substituted, namely:—
“1. Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Minister of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi”.

Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) and in supersession of notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (Department of Health), dated 5th December, 2014, the
Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Minister of Health & Family Welfare, a Member of
the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi to be the President of the said Institute.
