New Delhi, the 16th March, 2020
No. V-33(13)7/2009-E. IV.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 25 of the ESI Act,
1948(34 of 1948) read with Regulation 10 of ESI (General) Regulations, 1950, the Chairman, ESI Corporation
hereby makes the following amendments to the Regional Board for State of Kerala as constituted vide No. V-
33(13)7/2009-E. IV dated: 9th August, 2018 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, part-III, Section-4
dated the 10th August, 2018.
In the said notification under Proviso to Regulation 10(1) as Employees’ Additional representative
against Sl. No. 10, the following entry shall be substituted namely:
