In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E),
This notification, G.S.R. 744(E), issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on September 30, 2015, amends the Government of India's notification number G.S.R. 38(E), dated January 19, 2011, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i). The amendment, made under the authority of Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, substitutes the entry for serial number 5, regarding the member of the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India. The new entry designates Shri P. K. Mishra, Director General Commercial-I, Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India, 9, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg, New Delhi-110124 as member. The responsible Jt. Secy is MANOJ KUMAR. (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19th January, 2011 published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 19th January, 2011.
2. In the said notification, for serial number (5) and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries
shall be substituted namely:-
