NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th April, 2017
G.S.R. 376(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949
(38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number G.S.R. 38 (E), dated the 19th January, 2011, published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 19th January, 2011, namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial numbers (7), (8), (9), (10) and (11) and the entries relating thereto, the
following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:-
“(7) Sh. Nilesh S. Vikamsey, Chartered Accountant, –Member
Mumbai.
(8) Sh. Dhinal A. Shah, Chartered Accountant, –Member
Ahmedabad.
(9) Sh. M.P. Vijay Kumar, Chartered Accountant, –Member
