G.S.R. 339(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Company Secretaries Act,
1980 (56 of 1980), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Company Secretaries Procedures of Meetings of Quality
Review Board, and Terms and Conditions of Service and Allowances of the Chairperson and Members of the
Board Rules, 2006, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary
vide number G.S.R. 490(E), dated the 13th July, 2007, namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial numbers (1), (2) and (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(1) Ms. Nishi Singh, Chairperson,
Ex-Member,

(2) Shri Devendra Kumar, Member;
