S.O. 3201(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Cost and Works Accountants Act,
1959 (23 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide number S.O. 1693 (E), dated the 3rd October, 2007,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 3rd October, 2007,
namely:-
2. In the said notification, for serial number (1) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and
entries shall be substituted, namely:-
