New Delhi, the 10th February, 2020
S.O. 636(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Building and Other
Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (27 of 1996) read
with rule 10 and rule 11 of the Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and
Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in
the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1450(E),
dated the 9th May, 2017, with effect from the date of publication of this notification, namely:—
In the said notification, for serial number 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
number and entries shall be substituted, namely: —
“(3) Shri N. Reddeppa, - Member
Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha), (Member of Parliament)
New Delhi
(4) Shri Ganesh Singh, - Member
