(2) यह राजप- म(cid:13) उसके (cid:25)काशन क(cid:21) तारीख को (cid:25)व(cid:26)ृ त होगा ।
2. उव$रक (अकाब$िनक, काबि$ नक या िमि*त) (िनयं-ण) आदशे , 1985, के खडं 10 म(cid:13) "तीन" वष$ श>द(cid:29) के (cid:19)थान पर
"पांच वष$" श>द रखे जाएंगे।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 25th September, 2019
S.O. 3447(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act,
1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertilizer
(Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:-
(1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed (Control) Amendment
Order, 2019.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed (Control) Order, 1985, in clause 10 for the words “three
years”, the words “five years” shall be substituted.
