जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदिे करती ह,ै अर्ावत् :-
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम उिवरक (अकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) तीसरा संिोधन आदेि,
2020 ह ै।
(2) ये रािपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंग े ।
2. उिवरक (अकाबवजनक, काबवजनक या जमजित) (जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 1985 (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात ् उि आदेि कहा

ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2020
S.O. 3410(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955
(10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Fertiliser (Inorganic,
Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Third Amendment Order,
2020
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985, (hereinafter referred to as the said
Order), in clause 29, after sub-clause (2), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely, -
“3. Every fertiliser testing laboratories specified or notified by the State Government under sub-clause (1)
shall be required to obtain the accreditation of the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration
Laboratories within a period of two years from 28th day of September, 2020.”
3. In Form A1, in serial number 3, the word “marketer” shall be inserted
4. In the said Order, in FORM ‘J’, -
(a) in serial 1, after the word “importer”, the words “or Marketer may be inserted;
(b) in the receipt of the dealer after the words Signature of Dealer or Manufacturer or Importer or Pool
handling agency” the words “or Marketer” shall be inserted.
