(1) इन जिजनयिों को तजिलनाडु ग्राि बैंक (अजधकारी और किशचारी) सेिा (संिोधन) जिजनयि, 2024 कहा िाएगा. (2) य ेसंिोधन, इनके सरकारी रािपत्र िें प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से लाग ूहो िाएगं े. 2. तजिलनाडु ग्राि बैंक (अजधकारी और किशचारी) सेिा जिजनयि, 2019 (जिन् ह ें इसके बाद उि जिजनयि कहा िाएगा) ि,ें जिजनयि 61 के उप-जिजनयिन (4) के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत उप-जिजनयिन प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत ककया िाएगा, यथा:— 5917 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] “(4) जििेिाजधकार अिकाि 270 कदनों से अजधक तक का नहीं ििा ककया िा सकता ह,ै जसिाय इसके कक िहां छुट्टी के जलए आिेदन ककया गया हो और उसे अस्ट्िीकार कर कदया गया हो: बिते कक जििेिाजधकार अिकाि का नकदीकरण अजधकति 240 कदन के जलए ही ककया िा सकेगा.” 3. उि जिजनयिों के जिजनयि 67 के,— क) दसू रे प्रािधान ि,ें “बैंक की सेिा स े सेिाजनिृत्त” िब्दों के बाद, “जिजनयिन 11 के प्रािधानों के अंतगतश ” िब्द सजम्िजलत ककए िाएंगे; ख) तीसरे प्रािधान के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रािधान िाजिल ककया िाएगा, यथा:— “यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक उस किशचारी के संबंध ि ें जिसकी सेिाएं छंटनी के कारण सिाप्त कर दी िाती ह,ैं िह जििेिाजधकार अिकाि की अिजध के जलए पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भगु तान प्राप् त करन े के जलए पात्र होगा, िो उसने जिजनयिन 61 के उप-जिजनयिन (4) के अधीन ििा कर रखा था.” ग) तीसरे प्रािधान के बाद, जनम्नजलजखत प्रािधान सजम्िजलत ककए िाएंग,े यथा,— “यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक िहां कोई अजधकारी अथिा किशचारी, तजिलनाडु ग्राि बैंक (किशचारी का नाि) पेंिन जिजनयि, 2019 के जिजनयिन 27 के उप-जिजनयि (1) और (2) के तहत जिजधित ् नोठटस देने के बाद अपनी स्ट्िेच्छा स े कदनांक 01 अप्रलै 2018 को या उसके बाद सेिा स े सेिाजनिृत्त होता ह,ै तो िह अपन े द्वारा जिजनयि 61 के उप-जिजनयि (4) के अधीन संजचत जििेिाजधकार अिकाि की अिजध के जलए पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करन े के जलए पात्र होगा. यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता है कक िहां ककसी अजधकारी या किशचारी को, अजनिायश रूप से सेिाजनिृत्त कर कदया गया हो, जिसिें दंड भी िाजिल ह,ै िह जिजनयिन 61 के उप-जिनयि (4) के अधीन, ककसी भी अिजध की पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करने के जलए पात्र होगा. यह भी प्रािधान ककया िाता ह ै कक िहा ं कोई अजधकारी या किशचारी सेिा छोड़ देता ह ै या काि पर आना बंद कर दते ा ह ै या जिजनयि 10 के उप-जिजनयिन (1) के प्रािधानों के तहत पदत्याग कर देता ह,ै तो िह सिे ा की सिाजप्त की जतजथ को उसके खाते िें ििा जििेिाजधकार छुट्टी की आधी अिजध की पठरलजब्धयों के बराबर की राजि का भुगतान प्राप् त करने के जलए पात्र होगा, यह अिजध अजधकति 120 कदन तक की ही हो सकती ह.ै ” िजण सुब्रिण्यन, अध्यक्ष [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./491/2024-25] नोट: तजिलनाडु ग्राि बैंक (अजधकारी और किशचारी) सेिा जिजनयिन, 2019 को कदनांक 31.01.2024 के भारत के रािपत्र, भाग III, खंड 4 ि ें कदनांक F.NO.TNGB/2019 की अजधसचू ना संख्या 24.01.2024 के िाध्यि स े प्रकाजित ककया गया था. TAMIL NADU GRAMA BANK (Sponsored by Indian Bank) NOTIFICATION SALEM, the 15th July 2024 No. TNGB/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 read with sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Board of Directors of Tamil Nadu Grama Bank after[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 consultation with Indian Bank, being the Sponsor Bank and the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Tamil Nadu Grama Bank (Officers & Employees) Service Regulations, 2019, namely:— 1. (1) These regulations may be called Tamil Nadu Grama Bank (Officers & Employees) Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Tamil Nadu Grama Bank (Officers & Employees) Service Regulations, 2019 (hereinafter referred to as said Regulations), in the regulations 61 for sub-regulation (4), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:- “(4) Privilege Leave may be accumulated up to not more than 270 days, except where leave has been applied for and it has been refused: Provided that encashment of Privilege Leave shall be restricted up to a maximum of 240 days.” 3. In the said regulations, in Regulation 67,— (a) In second proviso, after the words “retires from the service of the Bank”, the words “under the provisions of Regulation 11” shall be inserted; (b) For third proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:— “Provided also that in respect of the employee where his services are terminated owing to retrenchment, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments for the period of privilege leave he had accumulated subject to sub-regulation (4) of Regulation 61.” (c) After third proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely,— “Provided also that where an Officer or employee voluntarily retires from service on or after the 1st of April 2018, after giving due notice under sub-regulations (1) and (2) of regulation 27 of the Tamil Nadu Grama Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 2019, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments for the period of privilege leave he had accumulated, subject to sub-regulation (4) of regulation 61. Provided also that where an Officer or employee has been compulsorily retired including as a measure of punishment, he shall be eligible to be paid a sum equivalent to the emoluments of any period, subject to sub- regulation (4) of regulation 61.
