5ोBित या 5ितिनयुि(cid:27) या आमेलन -ारा भत(cid:10) क(cid:2) दशा म(cid:19) य(cid:23)द िवभागीय भत(cid:10) करने म(cid:19) (cid:23)कन अविध, य(cid:23)द भत(cid:10) सीधे होगी वे &ेिणयां िजनसे 5ोBित या 5ितिनयिु(cid:27) या आमेलन 5ोBित सिमित है तो प(cid:15)रि(cid:20)थितय(cid:28) म(cid:19) (cid:23)कया जाएगा उसक(cid:2) संरचना संघ लोक सेवा कोई हो या 5ोBित -ारा या 5ितिनयुि(cid:27) आयोग से परामश# (cid:23)कया जाएगा या आमेलन -ारा तथा िविभB प@ितय(cid:28) -ारा भरी जाने वाली (cid:15)रिDत य(cid:28) क(cid:2) 5ितशतता (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) 2 वष# 40 5ितिशत 5ोBित : समूह ‘ग’ िवभागीय लागू नह8 होता 5ो)न ित -ारा वेतन मै(cid:15)(cid:16)Dस म(cid:19) (cid:20)तर - 02 म(cid:19) ऐसे िनL &ेणी िलिपक 5ो) नित सिमित िजसके न हो िज)ह(cid:28)ने उस &ेणी म(cid:19) आठ वष# िनयिमत सेवा क(cid:2) है । (5ो) नित के संबंध म(cid:19) सकने पर (cid:1)(cid:1)(cid:1)(cid:1)टटटट(cid:3)(cid:3)(cid:3)(cid:3)पप पप णणणण 1111 – जहां ऐसे किनO ठ (cid:25) यि(cid:27)य(cid:28) के संबंध म(cid:19), िवचार करने के 5ितिनयुिDत िज)ह (cid:28)ने अपनी अहक# या पा=ता सेवा पूरी कर ली है, िलए) िजनम(cid:19) -ारा िनLिलिखत ह(cid:28)गे – 5ो)न ित के िलए िवचार (cid:23)कया जा रहा हो, वहां उनसे Qय ेOठ (cid:25)य ि(cid:27)य(cid:28) के संबंध म(cid:19) भी िवचार (cid:23)कया जाएगा परंतु 1. संयुD त रिज(cid:20) (cid:16)ार, 60 5ितशत यह तब जब (cid:23)क उसके -ारा क(cid:2) गई ऐसी अहक# या पा=ता राO(cid:16) ीय उपभोDत ा सीधी भत(cid:10) -ारा सेवा, अपेि त अह#क या पा=ता सेवा के आधे से अिधक से िववाद 5िततोष आयोग - या दो वष# से, इनम(cid:19) से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और अYय उ)ह (cid:28)ने अपने ऐसे किनO ठ (cid:25) यि(cid:27)य(cid:28) सिहत, िज) ह(cid:28)ने ऐसी अहक# या पा=ता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली 2. उप रिज(cid:20) (cid:16)ार – उTच तर &ेणी म(cid:19) 5ो) नित के िलए अपनी प(cid:15)रवी ा क(cid:2) सद(cid:20)य अविध सफलतापूव#क पूरी कर ली हो। 3. के)*ीय सरकार के (cid:1)(cid:1)(cid:1)(cid:1)टटटट(cid:3)(cid:3)(cid:3)(cid:3)पप पप णणणण 2222 - 5ो) नित के िलए ) यूनतम अहक# सेवा क(cid:2) काया#लय से संगणना करने के 5योजन के िलए (cid:23)कसी अिधकारी -ारा 5शासिनक अिधकारी 1 जनवरी, 2016 से पहले या उस तारीख से, िजससे के (cid:20) तर का कोई सातव(cid:19) क(cid:19)*ीय वेतन आयोग क(cid:2) िसफा(cid:15)रश(cid:28) पर आधा(cid:15)रत अिधकारी - सद(cid:20) य4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] पुनरीि त वेतन संरचना का िव(cid:20) तार (cid:23) कया गया ह,ै िनयिमत आधार पर क(cid:2) गई सेवा को उD त वेतन आयोग क(cid:2) िसफा(cid:15)रश(cid:28) पर आधा(cid:15)रत िव(cid:20) ता(cid:15)रत तZ (cid:20) थानी वेतन मै(cid:15)(cid:16)Dस म(cid:19) (cid:20)तर पर क(cid:2) गई सेवा समझी जाएगी। (cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)(cid:6)ििििततततििििननननययययििुुििुु(cid:12)(cid:12)(cid:12)(cid:12)तत तत क(cid:19)*ीय सरकार के ऐसे अिधकारी ; (क) (i) जो मूल काडर या िवभाग म(cid:19) िनयिमत आधार पर सदशृ पद धारण (cid:23)कए \ए ह ;; या (ii) िज)ह (cid:28)ने मूल काडर या िवभाग म(cid:19) वेतन मै(cid:15)(cid:16)Dस म(cid:19) (cid:20)तर 02, 19900-63200 +पये म(cid:19) या समतु] य &ेणी म(cid:19) आठ वष# िनयिमत क(cid:2) सेवा क(cid:2) हो; Short title and commencement. — (1) These regulations may be called the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Group “C” posts) Recruitment Regulations, 2018. Initial Constitution. — (1) The incumbents of the posts mentioned in the Schedule who were appointed to the said posts before the commencement of these regulations on regular basis shall be deemed to have been appointed under these regulations and the regular continuous service rendered by them in the respective posts before the commencement of these regulations shall be taken into account for deciding their eligibility for promotion to the next higher grade. 3. Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix — The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations. 4. Method of recruitment, age — limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age - limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the Schedule. 5. Disqualification. — No person, — (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds, for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation. 6.
