S.O. 1245(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46
of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and
Cooperation (Department of Agriculture), dated the 27th February, 1971 published in the Gazette of India,
Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 301(E), dated the 1st March, 1971, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number (xix) (a) and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
Member nominated under clause (xix) of sub- Period up to which nominated
section (3) of section 4
“(xix)(a) Dr. J. P. Singh, For a period of three years with
Additional Plant Protection Adviser effect from the date of publication
(Central Insecticides Laboratory), of this notification.”
