S.O. 494(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of
1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and
Cooperation, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), number G.S.R.
301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely: -
In the said notification, for item (xv) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries
shall be substituted, namely: -
“(xv) Dr. Veena Verma, Director, Professor, Department of (For a period of three years from the date
Pharmacology, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. of publication of this notification)”.
