S.O. 3068(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of
1968), the Central Government hereby nominate the following person to be a member of the Central
Insecticides Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification and for that
purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the
erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, published in Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 301, dated the 27th February,
1971, namely:-
In the said notification, for item (xix) (a) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and
entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“(xix)(a) Dr. J. P. Singh, Joint Director
(Entomology), Directorate of Plant Protection,
Quarantine and Storage, NH-IV, Faridabad”.
