S.O. 2220 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)
read with the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of
Service of Members) Rules, 2017, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Kanthi Narahari as Technical Member
in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in the pay scale of rupees 2,25,000/- with effect from the 10th April,
2019, for a period of three years or till he attains the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier.
