RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 17th November, 2017
F. No. U-23013/07/2011-L.W. (B.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following
amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-I Section-1, dated 20th April, 2011 and subsequent Resolutions dated
25th August, 2014 and 13th October, 2015, namely:—
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (2) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted namely thereto:—
