RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 17th November, 2017
No. U-23013/10/2014-L.W. (B.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that
the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour &
Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary Part-I Section-1 dated 10th July, 2014, namely:-
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (1) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be substituted namely thereto:-
“1. “The Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations),
Coal India Limited, Coal Bhawan, Premise No. 04,
MAR, Plot No. – AF-III, Action Area – 1A, New Town, Rajarhat,
