RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 19th August, 2019.
No. U-23013/04/2004-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that
the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour &
Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary Part-I Section-1 dated 8th March, 2004 and
subsequent Resolutions dated 23rd June 2005, 7th September 2006, 12 August 2011, 27th October 2017,
17 November, 2017, namely:—
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (1) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall
be substituted namely thereto:—
