R E S O L U T I O N
New Delhi, the 6th July, 2016
No. U-23013/06/2003-L.W. (.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following
amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published
in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary part-I Section-I dated18th February, 2003 and subsequent Resolution dated
07th July, 2008 namely:-
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (2) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted namely thereto:-
“2. Shri Shitanshu Prasad
Executive Director (Personnel and Administration),
Steel Authority of India Limited,
Ispat Bhavan, Lodi Road,
New Delhi-110003 -Member”
(B) In the said Resolution in para 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely
thereto”-
“4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi. The committee will submit its report within three
months of constitution and that the Member Convener of the committee shall convene the first meeting of the
committee within one month of the constitution of the committee. The committee shall strictly adhere to the time
schedule.”
