RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 6th July, 2016
No. U-23013/13/2005-L.W (.).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that
the following amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour &
Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary part-I Section-I dated 22nd June, 2012
namely:—
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (1) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be substituted namely thereto:-
“1. Shri Surabhi Bhoom Rao,
Plot No. 9, Mani Enclave,
J J Nagar, Yapral,
Secunderabad, Telangana -Chairman, CACLB”
(B) In the said Resolution for serial number (2) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following
shall be substituted namely thereto:-
“2. The Superintendent Engineer (TLC),
Central Public Works Department,
Nirman Bhawan,
New Delhi – 110011. -Member”
(C) In the said Resolution in para 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted
namely thereto”-
“4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Bangalore. The committee will submit its report
within three months of constitution and that the Member Convener of the committee shall convene
the first meeting of the committee within one month of the constitution of the committee. The
committee shall strictly adhere to the time schedule.”
