No. S-16012/01/2017-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to
consider the Grant of exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Talabira II & III Coal Blocks at Odisha of NLC India
Limited under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O.
2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the
schedule to the said Notification.

4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Bhubaneswar. The Committee shall submit its report within
