New Delhi, the 20th September, 2019
No.U-23013/14/2016-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to
examine and investigate in detail the violation being done by several Ports (all over India) where contract labour system
has been prohibited.
