New Delhi, the 10th August, 2016
No. U-23013/14/2016-L.W. .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes
a Committee to examine and investigate in detail the violation being done by several Ports (all over India)
where contract labour system has been prohibited.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:-
