New Delhi, the 3rd December, 2018
No. S-16012/03/2017-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to
consider the Grant of exemption to Coal Mining Projects at Rajhara mechanized Mine, Dalli Mechanised Mine and
Jharandalli Nechanised Mine at Chattisgarh of Steel Authority of India under section 31 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 4076 dated 15.12.1979 in respect of employment
of Contract Labour in the works specified in the schedule to the said Notification.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:-

works specified in the schedule to the notification No. S.O. 4076 dated 15.12.1979 for a period of 5 years against
Noticiation No. S.O. 4076 dated 15.12.1979 prohibiting of employment of Contract Labour in the works given in the
schedule to the said Notification.”
4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Raipur. The Committee shall submit its report within one
month.
