No. U-23013/11/2010-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following
amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published
in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary part-I Section-I dated 31st July 2010, subsequent Resolutions dated 10th July, 2014
and 29th March, 2017 namely:-
