RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 19th August, 2019
No.U-23013/15/2014-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a committee for
compliance of conditions in respect of grant of exemption to coal Companies under the aegis of Coal India Ltd. vide
Notification No. SO 3284(E) dated 7th December, 2015 under section 31 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and
Abolition) Act, 1970 against Notification No. S.O. 2063 dated 21.06.1988 in respect of employment of Contract Labour
in the works at serial no. 1 to 3 given in the schedule to the said Notification.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:-
