New Delhi, the 18th September, 2020.
No. U-23013/12/2017-L.W.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract
Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby
constitutes a Committee to go into the question of prohibition of contract labour in various jobs/works of
aerobridge operation and maintenance in the establishment of M/s. Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd.
Mumbai.
2. The composition of the Committee and its terms of reference will be as under:-

3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows:-
“To study the working of contract labour system in the jobs/works of aerobridge operation and
maintenance in International Airport Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai and to make suitable recommendations whether or
not the employment of contract labour in the said establishment be prohibited in the jobs/works of
aerobridge operation and maintenance keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.”
4. The Committee shall visit and give its recommendations within Six months.
