In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 46 of 1968 the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation vide, number SO 79 E dated the 3rd February 1997
