NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th May, 2019
No. K-11011/34/2018-DDII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Delhi
Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority, with the previous approval of the
Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to repeal the recruitment regulations for the post
of Naib Tehsildar, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These regulations may be called the Delhi Development Authority
(Repeal of recruitment regulations for the post of Naib Tehsildar) Regulations, 2019.
(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Repeal of Regulations. – On and from the commencement of these regulations, the recruitment regulations
published by the Delhi Development Authority in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (1) vide notification number G.S.R.389 (E), dated the 15th May, 2015, in so far as they relate to the
post of Naib Tehsildar, except as respects things done or omitted to be done, shall stand repealed.
