G.S.R. 4(E).–In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 57 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957
(61 of 1957), the Delhi Development Authority, with the prior approval of the Central Government, hereby
rescinds the Recruitment Regulations of Commissioner/Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Delhi Development
Authority (2001), published in the Gazette of India, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 282
(E), dated the 24th April, 2001, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
