S.O. 3539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5AA of the Employees’
Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) the Central Government
hereby appoints, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India,
the following persons as members of the Executive Committee constituted under the said Act in
place of persons appointed (cid:118)(cid:105)(cid:101)(cid:100) notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour
and Employment No. S.O. 418(E) dated the 17th February, 2014 namely:-
